Great for an extra treat for yourself or as the most talked about dessert at a dinner party! So easy to make and delicious to eat. A million times better than any mochi cakes I've tried to make in the past, never again aha.
I baked this black sesame mochi cake and it was SOOOO good. I ate half the pan in one sitting. Highly recommend if you like mochi-esque desserts or need something to bring to the potluck. This has always been a crowd pleaser.
